We have opportunities for you to join New Era Residence as a Youth Enrichment Team Lead or a Youth Enrichment Worker. You will uphold the expertise of working with vulnerable young people ideally within residential care or supported accommodation. You will be required to provide informative and impactive support in a therapeutic manner for young people to achieve their full potential whilst engaging within purposeful activities to increase independence. You will prioritise interventions that meets their needs and ambitions, whilst adhering to their person centred enrichment frameworks in place, that enables them to secure targeted outcomes and minimise the impacts of any risk posed towards their development .
To provide consistency and structure within our provisions, you will be required to work days, evenings, 12 hour shifts, sleep ins and weekends
