Jade is the Clinical Lead for New Era Residence. She has overall responsibility for overseeing the clinical team and the therapeutic interventions delivered to our young people. Jade ensures that all interventions are evidence-based, effectively implemented, and regularly reviewed to promote positive outcomes and measurable progress for each young person.
Cosmo is the service’s trained therapy dog who regularly visits the homes to support the emotional wellbeing of our young people. Cosmo’s presence provides comfort, promotes calmness, and helps young people to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and build positive relationships.
