Shine Stone is for children / young people who experience behavioural and emotional difficulties, criminal offences, and social difficulties and who may have suffered abuse, neglect, exploitation and exclusion in the past. Shine Stone will also accept planned and emergency admissions. Whenever a decision is made to admit a child / young person the needs of the child concerned as well as the other children /young people already in placement are considered.
