Louise brings over 15 years of experience in the health and social care sector, with a strong background in managing residential, supported living, and transitional services. She has consistently maintained Good ratings with the Care Quality Commission. Louise is deeply passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and has also served as a Quality Assurance Manager, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.

Louise is also the Nominated Individual of New Era Residence, where she provides strategic leadership and ensures robust safeguarding practices across the organisation.
