Pine View is a detached residential service providing comprehensive, wraparound support for up to five young people aged 16 to 24 with complex needs. The service is designed to offer a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young people can feel secure while receiving consistent, specialist support tailored to their individual needs.

Pine View focuses strongly on transitional support, helping young people develop the practical, emotional, and social skills required to move forward with confidence toward greater independence. Through a person-centred approach, the service promotes choice, resilience, and positive decision-making, while working collaboratively with professionals, families, and external agencies to support each young person’s journey into adulthood and long-term stability.
