Staff have a coordinated approach to identifying and protecting our young residents from abuse ensuring that their voices are heard and a young person-centred approach is taken.
We work closely with our local authorities safeguarding team and the vulnerable group’s policing department to ensure that all young residents placed within our provision are free from harm. The young person’s placing authorities will also have procedures set in place that New Era Residence will adhere too.

Children deprived of liberty we are working for there betterment to be doing several projects this year focussing on how we improve these children’s experiences and outcomes.
This service has been designed to respond to the needs of young people who require a specialised approach and intensive individual attention within a nurturing and stable environment.
